Employment History
Cocktail bar industry:
July 2011: Spiritus Events: I co-founded and launched Spiritus Events, a mobile cocktail and drinks company. With our professional passion for great tasting drinks made from quality ingredients, we are the ideal choice, for entertainment and peace of mind, for Bar Mitzvahs, Bat Mitzvahs, weddings, birthdays, parties, garden parties, trade shows, corporate events, media events, Christmas and New Year's functions. We pride ourselves on top quality cocktails with a focus on taste and presentation. This can be with a mixology or with a flairing focus, for that extra bit of theatre and entertainment, which will ensure that your function will delight your guests and leave you and your guests with memories that you'll cherish for years to come.
We also provide a full business-to-business consultancy and training service to the drinks industry. We can create cocktail menus to reflect your bar's ethos and personality and then train your staff to mix and serve the cocktails with confidence and style. Our training programmes are customised to your needs and can cover cocktail mixology, an understanding of cocktail ingredients and methods of preparation, flairing techniques and communication skills, which are essential in top bar staff.
The Spiritus Events website is has lots of information about the Spiritus offerings. Alternatively you can email me for further information or bookings. Alternatively visit our Facebook page and 'like' us there.
